Nk kembangkan badan..mcm ner ek??

ok kali ni aku nk cter sal berat bdn..
berat bdn aku skg only 43 kg je=(
kurus sgt..
sumer org suh aku gemok kn badan..
ya allah..aku ni jenis mmg melantak byk..
tp still mcm ni..xtw la np..
kalo korang tgk gmba kad pengenalan aku msti korg xcaye 2 aku..
hmmm..
aku rindu berat bdn aku yg dulu..
bak kate org xkurus xgemok..
sedang2 je..
aku kurus ni pn angkare bnde yg xsepatot nye..
ala kisah lme kn..
tp cmner ek nk gemok kn badan..
ubat?vitamin??
ala da puas cube mcm2..
minum susu la..
adoi x berkesan pn..
kwn2 aku ckp metabolism aku tinggi..
ala cmner nk rendah kn metabolism ek..
hahaahaa..
mcm2 kn..
aku ade tekad nk nek kn bdn aku lagi 3 o 4 kg..
hmm..tgk lah berhasil ke idak ye..
ushe tangge kejayaan..

  2. klu nk naikkan berat badan, kurangkan makan protein..cntoh ikan, daging telur n so on..because protein can increase our body metabolism up to 30%, the more you eat, the thinner you'll be..

    just take minimal requirement of protein..which is 1g/kg body weight per day. if you are 43kg, it means that you need to have 43g protein/day.

    banyakkan makan nasi n carbohydrate, roti beans and so on..regular exercise, but not too much..

    actually senang utk trunkan berat badan, tp susah utk naikkan berat badan..believe me..

    for fat person nk jadi kurus, mudah..makan protein hari2, tak payah makan nasik..

    klu kurus nk jadi gemok..mmg susah..
